Data deletion

What we hold

There are no accounts, and we do not ask for your name, email address or phone number. Your archives, file names and passwords are processed on your device only and are never sent to us.

We keep anonymous usage records: which action happened (open, extract, compress, error), the archive type and the number of files. A visitor is told apart only by a hash of a daily secret, which is deleted together with the raw records after 90 days. After that only day-level totals remain, and they contain no identifiers.

How to ask us to delete data

Write to [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion request" and say what you want deleted. We reply within 30 days and confirm what was removed.

Administrator accounts (issued by us) and their change log can be deleted completely on request.

Remove the data on your own device

Android: Settings › Apps › Pullzip › Storage › Clear data, or uninstall the app. Windows: Settings › Apps › uninstall Pullzip; the optional AI check files are in %LOCALAPPDATA%\Pullzip and can be deleted. Browser: clear the site data for pullzip.download.

Files you extracted or created are yours and stay where you saved them until you delete them.

What we cannot find

Because we keep no identifier for visitors, we usually cannot connect a usage record to one person. Such records are removed automatically after 90 days even if you do nothing.
